What Lunara stores
Account details, birth information you choose to provide, chart placements derived from it, questions you send to Ask Lunara, AI-answer reports, daily intentions, ritual and Echo selections, subscription status, reminder preferences, private-circle activity, and anonymous product feedback you choose to send.
What a witness can see
Only the archetype, intention, and anchor you explicitly share. Witnesses never receive your birth data, location, full chart, reading, journal text, or private Echo history.
How data is used
To calculate your chart, generate a chart-grounded reflection, create an Intention Path, operate reminders and subscriptions, improve the product from anonymous feedback, review content reports, prevent abuse, and provide the private features you request. Supabase processes account and saved-app data; Anthropic processes only the bounded question or compact goal interview needed to select a reviewed reflection or planning strategy. Lunara does not send product feedback to the model, sell personal data, or use private spiritual reflections for advertising.
Minimal launch measurement
During beta, Lunara counts a small set of aggregate events such as opening the app, reading a Sinyal, setting an intention, recording an Echo, or encountering a screen error. These counts contain no email, user or device identifier, birth information, question, intention text, Echo content, or journal text. Web performance measurements are stored only as aggregate metric totals. They are used to find confusing or unstable parts of the launch experience, not to profile people or target advertising.
AI and wellbeing
AI selects an identifier from bounded, reviewed content; Lunara renders the visible answer from server-owned copy and chart facts. You can report an answer inside the app. AI is not a therapist, medical service, scientific prediction, or guarantee. Astrology is offered as a symbolic reflection practice. Do not use Lunara for emergencies or health decisions.
Your choices
You can revoke a share, leave a circle, block or report another member, disable reminders, export a copy of your data by contacting us, and request account deletion. Deletion requests are acknowledged within seven days and completed within thirty days unless limited retention is legally required.
